The design for this hat features big, squishy cables and simple styling. I love designing hats that work for everyone. This is a unisex pattern.
This hat knits up quickly and is designed to work with any color of Highlands DK, but any of my DK weight yarns will work beautifully. 1 skein is all you need!
The hat is worked in one piece. A great project for knitters of all experience levels from an adventurous beginner to those with more experience seeking an easy project. The cable pattern continues through the decreases on the crown.
The pattern is written in 3 sizes - child, adult small and adult large [18-20 (20-22, 22-24) inches head circumference] with notes on how to make the brim longer.
